I love food -- all kinds of food! I am not bias whether it is a hole-in-the-wall or a fine dining establishment. If it tastes good, I'm there!

These rolls are comparable if not better than the ones at Brodard. Each mouthful is a combination of several textures, flavors and components and at the end of the day, they are just simply addictive.

If there is only one thing you order here it's the CHILAQUILES! If it's your first visit, order the CHILAQUILES! After you've had the CHILAQUILES then you can think about moving onto the Huevos Divorciados or some of the specials Chef Danny creates! Innovative French/Mexican fusion done right!

Harry's is famous for its Chicken Di Giorgio and Rib Eye sandwiches. There are also your regular sandwiches if you don't want to stray from the ordinary but why would you when the specials are so delicious? Don't leave without trying the tomato soup -- it's some of the best around!

When I'm needing some comfort food and I'm not able to make it myself, I turn to Yu's Garden to make it happen. For about $7 you can choose 2-3 items off their selection of vegetarian or protein dishes which comes with rice or sweet potato porridge. On the weekends they do Taiwanese breakfast items as well such as soy milk soup.

Marche Moderne offers a fine dining experience without the stuffiness. Food is top quality and uses the freshest ingredients prepared exquisitely. The best part is the dishes are always hearty, delicious leaving you wanting more.

If you chance upon the owner when you visit Doner G you will never forget it because he will go out of his way to make you the best meal you've ever had. My favorites are the schwarma and the lentil soup. Don't forget the falafels and babaghanoush too.

When I go to Kareems there is only a few things I order. The babaghanous is the best I've ever had and the koftas are to-die-for. The falafels are also delicious! It is family-owned and the decor is plain and simple, but the food is anything but that!

Although their specialty are pupusas, I come here for the chicken soup. A hearty bowl of piping hot chicken soup filled with a myriad of vegetables with a plate of chicken on the side and plain pupusas is the ultimate comfort food any time of the year.

If you want home-made Peruvian food that is healthy then you definitely need to check out Renzo's. Nothing is fried -- everything is steamed or baked and the bustling personality and passion of its Chef/Owner Renzo Machiavello comes through every single time. Try the sandwiches which Renzo roasts the meats himself every single day, or try one of his delicious ceviches.

Vietnam's Pearl is one of those hidden gems which offers great Vietnamese food without having to go to lil Saigon. Love their healthy choices including salads and hot soups with the option to go low carb by foregoing the noodles.
